Antalya Aquarium & Old Town Tour from Alanya

The aquarium in Antalya is one of the biggest tunnel aquariums in Europe and even in the whole world. It includes 40 thematic aquariums, each of which represents its own corner of the world, and also the tunnel aquarium with the length of 131 meters and width of 3 meters!

The aquarium decorations were prepared in the South Africa by the famous Italian sculptor Giulio de Benedetti. Inside the main reservoir you will see the plain of a life-size, ship of the same size and also wreckage of a submarine. There are more than 200 sharks in the aquarium. They are fed twice a day and this is a real performance, which you have the opportunity to see.

Moreover, there is the Snow World there. It has the area of 1200 square meters. Here you can go on the snow slide, play the snowballs, relax in the café made of ice. That is particularly pleasant in the hot summer days, when the air temperature rises above 40ºC. When entering you will get the protective clothing for free.

There is also terrarium “Fear Trophy” there, where you can see aviaries with the tropical reptiles. The world’s most poisonous snakes, spiders, lizards and iguanas are waiting for you!

On the way back, you will have the 45-minute stop in order for you to take the photos near the Antalya waterfall.

You will also have two hours for your free time activities in the city center. There you can visit the old city of Antalya – Kaleiçi, stroll past the Hadrian’s Gate, the symbol of the city, and get on the narrow streets of the old city, where you can feel the special charm of the place even in the air. You can walk on your own speed, without any rush and hustle, take excellent photos and drink the real Turkish coffee/tea in the small local café.
